These terms apply to all apps and websites published by Eight Elephants Group. Each app may have additional app-specific terms — see the per-app pages.
By downloading, installing, or using any Eight Elephants Group app, you agree to these terms and to the relevant app-specific terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps on any compatible device you personally own or control. You may not redistribute, resell, modify, or reverse-engineer the apps except as permitted by applicable law.
Some apps offer paid features (for example, a Pro upgrade). All purchases are processed by Google Play. Refunds are handled by Google Play according to their policies. We do not process payments directly and do not see your payment details.
The apps are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the apps will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. You use the apps at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eight Elephants Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the apps, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunity.
You are responsible for your own data. We strongly recommend keeping your own backups (the apps include backup features for this purpose).
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here and announced via in-app notice or release notes. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
